MMK assists its clients with expertise within ionizing radiation, radon and gamma radiation in all stages of the construction process or parts thereof if the customer so wishes.
MMK also assists its clients with competence regarding regulatory requirements, contract requirements and certification requirements (for instance Green Building), if the client so wishes, so that cost-effectiveness is achieved in the construction process regarding ionizing radiation problems.
Radon warranty
MMK offers its clients the following levels of radon warranty in completed construction work, provided that MMK’s control plan and projecting have been followed:
≤ 50 Bq/m³ in annual mean value radon
≤ 100 Bq/m³ in annual mean value radon
≤ 200 Bq/m³ in annual mean value radon
Radon warranty as required by the Green Building
Gold ≤ 60 Bq/m³ in maximum annual mean value radon
Silver ≤ 100 Bq/m³ in maximum annual mean value radon
Bronze ≤ 200 Bq/m³ in annual mean value radon
